At Class A Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original presentation box and include all authenticity certificates, warranty cards, and the printed return form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our master jewellers inspect the item to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
